కిడ్నీసమస్యను నియంత్రణ చేసుకోవటానికి యోగం
ఎక్కడ వున్న వాళ్ళు అక్కడే ప్రశాంతంగా కుర్చుని, కుర్చీలో కూడా కుర్చుని చేసుకోవచ్చు. మీ ప్రదేశాన్ని పరమాత్మ యొక్క ఇల్లుగా చేసుకుని యోగం చేసుకోండి. మీ ఇల్లే మీకు దేవాలయం. మీ దేహము మీ జీవాత్మకు దేవాలయం. మీరు ఎలాంటి ఆధ్యాత్మిక కేంద్రాలకు వెళ్ళ వలసిన అవసరం లేదు. నేను – నా తండ్రి పరమాత్మ అని ఆనుకుంటూ పరమాత్మ స్నేహి హస్తాన్ని అందుకుని చూడoడి. ఎవరో వచ్చి నన్ను కాపాడతారు అని ఎదురు చూడకండి. ఎవరిని నమ్మకండి. మిమల్ని మీరు నమ్ముకోండి. మీ ఆరోగ్యం మీ చేతులోనే వుంది.
సంకల్పం : ఈ సృష్టిలో వున్న ప్రతి ఒక్క జీవాత్మ ఎవరిని వారు కాపాడుకోవడానికి స్పిరిచ్యు యల్ సెల్ఫ్ డాక్టర్స్ గా మారాలి. కుల . మత బేధం లేకుండా అందరూ మన గమ్యం పరంధామం వైపు పరుగులు తీయడానికి ఎవరి సాధన వారు చేసుకోవాలి.

నేను జీవాత్మను. ఈ శరీరము నా అతిధి గృహము . నేను ఈ శరీరాన్ని నడిపించే చైతన్యవంతమైన శక్తిని. బృకుటి స్థానములో ప్రకాశ వంతమంగా వున్నాను. ఆత్మ స్వధర్మము శాంతి. ఆ శాంతిని పొంధటానికి, నేను బిందు స్వరూపాన్ని అనుభవం చేసుకుంటూ. కొంచం సమయం ఆశరిర స్థితిలో శరీరానికి అతీతంగా వతనములో పరమాత్మ సన్ముఖములో బీజ సంపన్నముగా వున్నాను. పరమాత్మ ఇస్తున్న శాంతిని అనుభూతి చెందుతున్నాను. పరమాత్మ నుంచి నా బృకుటి మద్య స్థానమునకు శాంతి , శక్తి వంతమైన కిరణాలు ప్రసరింపబడుతున్నాయి. నేను శాంతి, శక్తి సంపన్నమైన జీవత్మగా మరిపోతున్నాను. నా నుంచి విశ్వానికి శాంతి, శక్తి , పవిత్రత వంతమైన కిరణాలను వ్యాపింపజేస్తూ వున్నాను. విశ్వానికి శక్తి , పవిత్రత వంతమైన కిరణాలను వ్యాపింపజేస్తూ వున్నాను.శక్తి , పవిత్రత వంతమైన కిరణాలు నా శరీరములోని కిడ్నీ సమస్య నార్మల్ చేయటం పై ప్రభావితం చేస్తున్నాయి. నాకు వున్న నరాలకు , కండరాలకు సంభందించిన వ్యాధులకు స్వయముగా నిరాకారుడు అయిన పరమాత్మ చికిత్స చేయుచున్నారు. నేను సంపూర్ణ ఆరోగ్యముగా మారిపోతున్నాను. నాకు వున్న కిడ్నీ సమస్య నియంత్రణకు వచ్చింది. నేను సంపూర్ణ ఆరోగ్యం గా వున్న జీవాత్మగా మరిపోతున్నాను. పరమాత్మ ఇస్తున్న శాంతిని, సుఖాన్ని, ప్రేమను, శక్తిని, పవిత్రత అనుభూతి చెండుతున్నాను. నేను శాంతి, శక్తి సంపన్నమైన జీవాత్మను. నేను జీవాత్మను . తిరిగి నా శరీరములో బృకుటి సింహాసనాధికారిగా శాంతి, ప్రేమ, శక్తి , పవిత్రత సంపన్నమగా మారి నా జీవితాన్ని తండ్రి జతలో నేను వున్నాను మరియు నా జతలో తండ్రి వున్నారు అని అనుకుంటూ నా అడుగు ముందుకు వేస్తున్నాను. నేను బిందు . తండ్రి పరమాత్మ బిందు . డ్రామా బిందు. ఓం శాంతి !
