Curry Leaves Tea / కరివేపాకు టీ

How to make Curry Leaves Tea / కరివేపాకు టీ తయారు చేసే విధానం –
రెండు కప్పుల నీటిలో నాలుగు కరివేపాకులు వేసి, కొంచం ధనియా పౌడర్, జీరా పౌడర్ వేసి ఓక కప్పు అయ్యే విధంగా మరగ పెట్టండి. తరువాత వడ గట్టి కొంచం నిమ్మ రసం వేసి ప్రతి రోజు మీకు వీలు వున్నప్పుడు త్రాగండి. మీలో వచ్చే మార్పు మీరే చూసుకోండి. చిన్న పిల్లల నుంచి పెద్ద వాళ్ళ వరుకు కూడా త్రాగవచ్చు. / Put four curry leaves in two cups of water, add some coriander powder and cumin powder and boil it to make one cup. Then add some lemon drops and drink it every day whenever you can. See the change in yourself. From small children to adults can drink it.
Uses / ఉపయోగం –
హార్ట్ కి చాలా మంచిది. మన మూడ్ ని చక్కగా చేస్తుంది. క్రొవ్వును కరిగిస్తుంది. / Very good for heart. Makes our mood good. Melts fat.
Coriander Tea / కొత్తిమీర కాషాయం

Preparation –
రెండు గ్లాసుల నీళ్ళలో కొంచం కొత్తిమీరను తీసుకోండి, కొంచం పొదినా , నాలుగు ఆకులు కరివేపాకులు వేసి ఒక గ్లాస్ అయ్యే విధంగా మరగ బెట్టి వడ కట్టి కొంచం నిమ్మ చుక్కలు వేసుకుని తాగాలి. / Take some coriander in two glasses of water, grind a little, add four leaves of curry leaves and make it one glass and drink it with a few drops of lemon.
Uses / ఉపయోగం
PCOD, అధిక బరువు, క్రొవ్వు , కడుపులో మంట , uric ఆసిడ్ , అరుగుదల లేకపోవడం, లివర్ సమస్యలను నియంత్రణకు తీసుకు వస్తుంది. / Controls PCOD, overweight, obesity, inflammation of the stomach, uric acid, lack of wear and tear, liver problems.
Note / నోట్ – ఎవరు అయిన తాగ వచ్చు. రోజులో ఒకసారి మాత్రమే తాగాలి./Anyone can drink. Drink only once a day.

ఓక గ్లాస్ నీళ్ళలో సగం స్పూన్ మునగాకు పౌడర్ వేసుకుని, నాలుగు మిరియాలు పౌడర్ గా చేసి ఆ నీటిలో వేసి అర గ్లాసు అయ్యే విధంగా మరగ బెట్టాలి. ఆ నీటిలో కొంచం నిమ్మ చుక్కలు వేసుకుని రెండు పూటలా త్రాగాలి. / Put half a spoonful of Munaga leaves powder in one glass of water, grind four peppercorns into powder and add it to the water and boil it until it becomes half a glass. Put some drops of lemon in that water and drink it twice.
Note : This is for only ladies. In periods times you can take 3 days 2 times in a day.
